I have been working as a winemaker since 2015, first in Bulligny and since 2018 in Domgermain.

I produce wines from my 4 hectares of vineyards, as well as small cuvées made from locally sourced grapes.

Certified organic since 2017, my work is strongly influenced by agroecology and agroforestry, with a focus on living soils and long-term biodiversity. Harvesting is done entirely by hand, and pressing takes place using traditional wooden basket ratchet presses.

Vinifications follow a low-intervention approach, with spontaneous fermentations, no additives, and only minimal sulfite additions when necessary (target: under 30 mg/L).

The wines are mainly distributed through a professional network of independent wine shops and restaurants in France, as well as through importers in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Sweden, and Japan.

Visits to the cellar and the vineyards are possible, and wines can be purchased directly in Domgermain by appointment.
